Refund Policy

Our guarantee

We want you to love your Sweeta candle as much as we loved making it. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Unused Candles: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your candle. To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unlit, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your glass candle arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, please don't worry! We will replace it immediately. Please email a photo of the damage to our email within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll get a new one in the mail for you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an unlit candle for a different scent, please contact us to arrange the process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or lit candles.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or "Clearance" items.
