Processing Times

Every candle is inspected and packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.

Shipping rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3–7] business days after processing.
Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking: As soon as your Bloom Rose candle is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Fragile handling

We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your candles arrive safely. However, we know that glass is fragile. If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please:

Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost.
